Jack Williams is sitting at a bar in the lobby of a hotel. He is nursing a glass of white wine. He turns to the camera and starts to talk.
Jack: It seems that I only get some mic time if no one else can be bothered to turn up in this federation.
It also seems that after my rant a week ago,
The guys upstairs have decided to give me a better hotel at least.
The driver today was as useless as a bucket with a hole in the bottom,
But I’ve spent enough time moaning about directionless goofs lately.
I requested this time to vent about the officiating here in MXW.
It seems that if your foot is on the bottom rope, you can still get pinned.
And even though, I got a little revenge via The Molten Master,
I’m still being fined for holding on to his tights.
And that is ridiculous.
Jack gets up from his stool and starts to walk from the bar.
Jack: Follow me, and try to keep up.
The camera man follows him.
Jack: You see; I hate to be a moaning whining, cry baby.
But if you’re going to punish someone for doing something, at least do it for a decent reason.
I only picked up the win that I should have had over Dogface Gremlin.
Boy do we have some silly names on the roster these days.
I was done over by a bad referee decision then I get slapped with a $5,000 fine for the stupidest reason all in the same week.
Jack stops at an elevator and pushes the call button. The doors open and Jack walks in followed by the camera man. Jack hits a button on the side.
Jack: That never ever happens in real life. It goes without me in it most times.
I tend to walk a lot more than I need to. Elevators are just quicker.
Before you start to wonder where I’m taking you, I’ll tell you.
We’re going to my room.
I can assure you that there are no hidden surprises in there.
I’m a good little boy.
Jack smiles at the camera and waits for the elevator to stop. After a short while the doors open and Jack leads the camera man out and to his room.
Jack: The design of the hotel isn’t quite my style, but it will do.
Jack swipes a key card over a panel and pushes the door open.
Jack: Now don’t get me wrong, I’d quite like to get that Rebecca Smith up here one night, but I’m realistic, unlike her chest and nose.
Jack pulls the blinds back revealing the City landscape.
Jack: Check out that view.
Some would be inspired by that, others would be disgusted at being in the middle of a huge city like this, but I like it.
Being reminded of the greatest achievements of the human race,
The highest buildings, the largest airplanes, the biggest ships, Space travel, all done in just a few short years.
And what is it that we do for a living? We fight each other.
We go from town to town and see so many different people, and yet I digress.
You see, it strikes me that I’ve been over looked again for a title match.
The Elite Division should be for the elite set of wrestlers that can do things that no one else can, the near impossible.
Not only do they have to put up with the nonsense rulings but they need to be able to entertain the fans.
While I do them both quite well, let’s face it, my segments and matches over the past few weeks have been the highest watched on either show.
In the short time I’ve been here in MXW, I’ve sold more T shirts and I’ve sold more posters
And every night when I get back to the hotel there are more people cuing up for my autograph than any other wrestler.
Look at the numbers.
Two weeks, three matches and three interviews and no word about anything.
I wasn’t even told to be at Full Throttle.
So let me ask this: where am I going in Maximum Xtreme Wrestling?
Jack looks at the camera as it cuts away.
